The Small Molecule Screening and Synthesis Facility (SMSSF) Shared Resource provides UW Carbone Cancer Center (UWCCC) members, other UW faculty and students, and scientists from other universities and companies with fee-for-service access to early stage drug discovery infrastructure, expert staff and services. These services include:

SMSSF provides access to instrumentation and data analysis for image-based cellular assays in 96-well or 384-well plates. The EVOS® FL Auto Cell Imaging System has automated stage movement, focus, and exposure. Use it for cell based assays involving fluorescence or bright field. Fee-for-service image analysis using ImageJ is also available at SMSSF.
